Another thing to consider…DU seems to improve its performance year after year, yet other schools are trying just as hard to improve, and spending even more money to do it. Why is it DU keeps getting better? I think a big part of it is hiring the right coaches who win with the right players and for the right reasons and then allowing the respect and competitiveness between all the programs within the department build on each others successes.
