Last night, the University of Denver Pioneers clinched another Gold Pan, their 12th since the trophy’s inception nearly 24 years ago. The 3-1 victory also extended the Pios’ winning streak over CC to 10 and their overall unbeaten streak to 14 straight games. If you can’t remember when that was, it was on October 8th against Boston College in the IceBreaker Tournament consolation game.

By the time UMD makes the trip to Denver next weekend, it will have been more than 2 months since the last time Denver lost.
