The #5 University of Denver Pioneers shut out the #15 University of Nebraska Omaha Mavericks, 5-0. It was as dominant as the Pioneers have looked all year and, according to DU head coach Jim Montgomery, it’s the fourth straight game that they’ve been “hard to play against.” It seems that once again, things might be coming together for the Pios in the second half. Who could have guessed?
