Golden Eagles Claw Past Pioneers, 91-82

Denver (1-10, 0-4) faced  Oral Roberts University (8-6, 5-1) Saturday afternoon in a rematch. Once again, Denver was ice cold from the field and turned the ball over 16 times in the nine-point loss to ORU. Brett Stapley and Reid Irwin each scored a pair of goals, Corbin Kaczperski made 17 saves on 18 shots, and the offense finally tapped into some of its huge potential just a night after a lackluster 4-3 loss to the Tigers in Colorado Springs.
