DU did it! In order to celebrate Denver Hockey’s record-setting 11th National Championship, we are launching a new tribute Crimson Crush™ jersey. Here is an early peek.
The jersey chest features Denver Boone wearing his home white jersey and #11 on his chest. The left sleeve of the jersey will display the new championship logo (Below. And, just like title #10, we will be distributing this logo on signs at retail locations around University and University Park.) The right sleeve features our new ‘5280U’ patch recognizing DU’s location and Mile High achievements.

As always, all proceeds from sales will be donated to DU hockey.

A little help here … Someone with more knowledge than me. Watching the game at a bar in Ecuador with friends. It seemed like two different games. Like a switch was flicked after the second period. Was this a coaching decision? Were they drawing in Wisconsin and tiring them out? What was the change because it looked like two different games. Would love some insight and something to share with friends here. It was so weird.

You’ve got the Pio spirit
Game was the same in person. Pios looked slow and out of sync throughout first. But Carle’s game plan worked. Won two games where we were out shot 2:1. Unbelievable coaching. And Johnny was awesome.
They basically played two games Thursday against the #1 seed.
I remember there was a point in January were I was seriously concerned that DU may not even make the tournament. I’m shocked that in the end they won it all! Like Johnny said, these guys are fucking amazing!
Thanks to the DU Super Poll, I rested easy on my bar stool with 100% confidence that the Pios would win. Let’s gooooo!
