2017 DU Homecoming Weekend

The weather looks to be in the 60’s and 70’s this week in Denver. And Pioneer athletes are coming off an undefeated weekend, led by a hockey win and tie against #4 Notre Dame. At LetsGoDU, we often talk about school spirit. What better weekend than October 20th & 21st to visit the campus and enjoy DU homecoming weekend?

  1. I’ve always loved Homecoming weekend. It’s that amazing feeling of walking across DU campus in the fall – a slight chill in the air, the warmth of a sweater and the sound of crunching leaves under your feet. It makes you feel smart, thankful and nostalgic. This weekend figures to be even special, as raising an NCAA title banner brings a little extra pride and sparkle to the hockey portion. Go Pios!

  3. What is Championship Village? Did DU enhance the Ritchie North parking lot to give it more of a championship village feel? Is it a championship parking lot?

  4. I believe it is going to be a pre-game beer tent, perhaps with the NCAA trophy available for selfies. We’ll see…
