  1. Hard to know exactly, but here’s who we know who is leaving so far (8 players):

Outbound Seniors: (note: Connor Caponi is now staying for a fifth season)
    Caruso
    Webster

    Outbound Early NHL Signings:
    Broz (PIT)
    Rizzo (PHL)
    S. Buium (DET)
    Behrens (COL)

    Outbound Transfer Portal:
    Olvestad (Headed to UMass-Amherst)
    Lemyre (Headed to Western Michigan)

    ————————-
    Inbound:

We know there are at least two transfers coming in:
-Samu Salminen (UConn), will be a junior – 3rd round pick of NJ Devils
-Eric Pohlkamp (Bemidji), will be a sophomore – 5th round pick of SJ Sharks

So that means DU has approximately 6 more roster spots to fill.
Chris Heisenberg lists the following DU recruits, so the seven remaining roster spots will likely come from this list of 14 players, although things can change:

    Alex Donovan-RW – Shattuck St.Marys 5’10 170 -2026
    Lukas Sawchyn-RC- Chicago (USHL) 5’9 160 -2025 or 2026
    Tory Pitner-D- Youngstown (USHL) 6’1 175-2024 or 2025
    Jake Stuart-C US NDPT U17 5’7 150 -2025
    Sam Spehar-C Sioux Falls U16 5’8 145 -2025
    Will Felicio-LD Madison (USHL) 5’9 150 – Date TBD
    Hagen Burrows-RW Sioux City (USHL)6’2 167 -2025
    Jake Fisher-C Fargo (USHL) 6’1 162 – Date TBD
    Brendan McMorrow-LW US NDPT U18 5’11 155 – Date TBD
    Finn McLaughlin-D Canmore (AJHL) 5’11 175 -2024 or 2025
    James Reeder-C Dubuque (USHL) 5’9 150 -2024 or 2025
    Reid Varkonyi-RC Salmon Arm (BCHL)5’10 180 – 2025
    Hunter Anderson-C Muskegon (USHL) 5’10 170 – 2024 or 2025
    Cooper Pierson-C Muskegon (USHL) 5’8 150- 2025

    Hope this helps!

  2. Thanks puck swami, six at the most have to wonder if Webster , Camponi will be offered a graduate year? Since neither has signed or has gone to transfer portal. This is the last year for graduate seniors. We have 3 goalies I think we’re good. As far as studying Heisenberg list I can see as taking no more than 3 players from that list due the fact there all 18 years old usually Carle has few 18 year olds. I can’t see us having 5 younger players we will be the youngest team ever. Sometimes we get a euro player or steal someone else’s recruitment. Guess we won’t find out till later. Nobody left in portal worth getting right now. Rumors of Kraken media saying they should interview Carle, but I say if you fire a former college coach why do you want another one.

  3. Caponi has decided to come back for his fifth season. Webster, is as far as I know, retiring from hockey due to bad shoulder that he was playing with for a long time.
